CPE 40 CERTIFICATE

The CPE 40 certificate allows members or their firm/company to save money by purchasing a block of 40 CPE hours from the South Dakota CPA Society.  The member price of the certificate is $975 and can be purchased at any time. By planning your CPE year it is possible to get 40 hours of Society sponsored CPE for the discounted price of $900.

Certificate Price:
$975 ($1,100 for non-members) can be purchased any time and no course selection is required.
$900 ($1,025 for non-members) if purchased by May 31st and 40 hours are selected and used within the CPE year. A firm may select a course and register the attendee at a later time. If the attendee is identified, no further registration is necessary. If the participant is not identified on the course selection form registration, deadlines apply. There is a $40 change fee if the course selected is not attended. Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost.

Certificate Features:
* 40 hours of CPE, 8 hours which must be applied to the annual Tax Update or a Tax Workshop.
* Certificates can be purchased by a firm or company and are fully transferable to members in good standing and non-CPA staff within a firm. Certificates may be used by non-member CPAs within a firm for a $40 surcharge per course.
* No expiration date for the $975 certificate.
* Registration deadlines still apply and a $40 late charge will be imposed on all late registrations if the   participant name is not completed on the course selection form.
